All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not normally shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays but if you require a Saturday delivery, please contact us and, depending on number of orders being processed at that time, we will try to accommodate. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Free delivery on all orders over £100.

For orders under £100, please see charges below. Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders must be placed before 1pm for next day delivery.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Returns Policy

FOR ONLINE RETURNS ONLY.

Whilst we hope you are in love with your new piece of Chris Shan jewellery or giftware, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, then we are happy to provide a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of goods for any unworn or unused item except earrings or body jewellery which cannot be returned for hygiene purposes unless faulty.

You can return an item in store or you can post your item to us with your proof of purchase and a note explaining the reason for the return or exchange, following our returns policy below.

Please note that returns can only be accepted if all labels remain intact and the item is returned in the condition it was quality checked and shipped and in its original packaging.

Please also note that we cannot exchange or refund any item which has been worn, adjusted or personalised in any manner.

You are responsible for returns and associated postage costs. We cannot be held responsible for any item which has not been delivered to us. Therefore, we highly recommend that any returns are made via an insured and tracked method such as Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.

Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.
